Warranty Details

If you purchased a Travelway product, and have a valid receipt, it is covered under Travelway's warranty program.

To ensure that our products are made to the highest standards, every item that we sell is put through rigorous tests of strength, durability, and dependability that represent the environmental obstacles of frequent travellers.

Travelway warrants to the original owner that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specific period of time allotted to each individual brand name from the date of their original purchase. If you have a valid claim and provide us with the required information surrounding your claim, we will offer you repairs, new parts or a brand new Travelway product at our expense and discretion. That means we handle any fees that may incur while either getting your luggage back into proper shape or replacing it altogether.

Such warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use, ordinary wear and tear, nor does it cover repairs made or attempted by unauthorized individuals. Our warranty is not transferrable and does not cover consequential damages or loss of use. Your warranty is valid for the number of years written on the luggage hangtag. Any tech-related components, including but not limited to USB ports and wires, are covered only for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Carefully check your luggage before leaving an airport or any public transportation carrier. If you become aware of any damages, file a report immediately with your airline or common carrier. Damage caused by public carriers is not Travelway's responsibility. We will, however, do our utmost to make things right for you.

Making a claim

If your luggage has been damaged and you have a valid claim under our warranty, please message us through our contact form or reach out to us via service@travelwaygroup.com. One of our customer care specialists will contact you to follow up on your claim.
