  • How do I become a distributor of Travelway products?

    Any distributor in the United States or Canada can order Travelway products for distribution. Use our contact form on our website to get in touch, and we’ll follow up with everything you need to place your first order.

Warranty

  • How do I register my luggage to be eligible for the warranty?

    We currently don't require Travelway product owners to register their products.
    In order to open a claim file, we will need the following information:
    - Full name & address
    - Date of purchase & receipts
    - Clear picture showing the product & the damage
    - Clear picture of the white tag sewn inside the item showing the PO # and the UPC code
    - Short note of how the damage happened
